Hi! Welcome to my website. I created this website to help you get to know me and the characters of Housewife on the Edge a little better. In order to do that, you've got to get into the minds of some Texas mommies. Are you ready?
   Like my character, Tally, I'm a stay-at-home mom, a wife, and a writer, though not always in that order. I'm also an avid reader, a runner, a volunteer, a chauffer, a little league cheerleader, a diagnostician, a church goer, a teacher, a self-proclaimed MD, a short-order cook, a sex-slave (paying attention?), a sushi-connoisseur, and a wine snob.
    I've got a terrific husband, two beautiful boys, and a cat named Bingo. There's a lot of testosterone in my house, which means there's a lot of guy things going on that I'd rather not particiapte in. So, while others in my household are wrestling, watching NASCAR, or playing endless games of Tiger Woods golf, baby! on the GameCube, I park it at my computer and escape. Writing is my passion. I've been writing for ten years and pursuing publication for the past five. I've written one contemporary romance, two romantic suspenses, one chick lit/mommy lit, and two excellent toasts for my siblings' rehearsal dinners.

   Housewife on the Edge is my first foray into the world of first-person point-of-view, which ain't easy with a nosy husband reading over your shoulder and making comments like, "I can't believe you feel that way!" or "I never said that." But it was the right voice for this book. I know these women. I've lunched with these women. I adore these women. And I hope you will, too.
